The Card Gallery was established in 2004 and is based in the lovely historic market town of Bridgnorth, Shropshire. It started out as a wedding and christening stationery specialist and has since grown, now offering a wide range of stationery and accessories for birthdays, engagement, anniversaries and other special occasions – all of which is designed and ‘Made in Britain’.
Lisa Forde, the company director employs a small team of full and part-time staff, all of whom are passionate about what they do. The team are highly trained across all areas of the business but specialise in one department. The Card Gallery is an online company and offers and easy to use website allowing you to shop at your own leisure. We also believe in offering excellent support via phone and e-mail should you need any help. Our studio opening hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:15 where we can be contacted on 01746 766876 or email@example.com – if you are contacting us outside of these hours then please leave a message and we will get back to you the next working day.
Meet the team
Yvonne – Senior Customer Services Advisor
Yvonne has worked for The Card Gallery since 2010. As well as overseeing the smooth running of the office, Yvonne spends her day dealing with customer queries via phone and e-mail, setting customer proofs, liaising with the printer and maintaining the website.
Georgia – Admin Assistant/Customer Services Advisor
Georgia works alongside Yvonne, setting customer proofs, dealing with customer queries via phone and e-mail and liaising with the printer. Georgia joined the team in 2014 and is now a much valued member of the team.
Hollie – Admin/Dispatch Assistant
Hollie is our full-time admin/dispatch person. Hollie first joined the team back in 2007 but later left to persue other dreams. She re-joined the team in 2014 (and vowed she would never leave again!). Her role is to manage all new orders, liaise with customers, pack and organise the post.
Jean – Dispatch Assistant
Jean is the boss’s Mother (the real boss!). She is officially retired but loves to help out in the dispatch department and have a catch up with the girls. Jean’s favourite job is personalising guest books and decorating them with pretty ribbons … Jean has supported Lisa since day one helping out as much as possible.
Nici – Part Time Dispatch Assistant
Nikki has been with us since 2013 and works part time as a dispatch assistant. Her job is to pack orders, organise the post and help with deliveries.
Lisa – Director
Lisa is the Director and through her hard work and determination has made The Card Gallery the success it is today. Lisa is passionate about what she does and somehow manages to juggle running a business with bringing up 2 small boys and being a wife! – She recently won a ‘Mumpreneur’ award!
Natalie – Supervisor/Designer
Natalie has been with The Card Gallery since 2010 and is the creative one. Her role is to oversee the smooth running of operations as well as create wonderful stationery for your special occasion. She also helps manage the social media sites and writes regular blogs offering help and inspiration for your special day.
Lauren – Admin Assistant/Customer Services Advisor
Lauren is our youngest member of the team and is always eager to learn new things. She loves her role at The Card Gallery.
