Admin/Dispatch positions,
as advertised in Shropshire Star and Bridgnorth Journal, 20.10.11


Are looking to recruit one full time, permanent, Admin/Dispatch person and one part time, permanent Admin Dispatch person. Both positions are required for immediate start and we will begin interviews as soon as applications are received.

Full time postion hours: 9am-5.20pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Part time position hours: 9am-5.20pm, Wednesday & Thursday

This is a varied role, working across different areas of the business. Full training will be given in all areas.


Duties to include:-

  • Print off orders received
  • Process and dispatch orders in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Provide friendly customer advice
  • Check and pack card orders efficiently and accurately
  • Hand apply personalised lettering to guest books/photo albums and pack all orders
  • Frank post and book courier to meet deadlines
  • Putting stock away and other general duties to maintain an efficient workplace


We are looking for a person who is:-

  • A team player
  • Has good PC experience - including word & excel
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organised with an ability to prioritise
  • Has good attention to detail
  • Has minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) including English & Maths
