Sending out your wedding invites

When you are planning a wedding, you will probably be completely bombarded with information, advice and guidance.

But one thing that you will no doubt persistently hear, is that you need to send out your wedding invites as early as possible.

This is really important, because it is the best way of ensuring that all of your guests are able to attend your big day.

If you are planning on a summer wedding, sending your invites out early is even more important, because this is the time of year that many people go away on holidays. So the earlier you get your invites out, the more chance you have of the most important family and friends being able to attend your big day.

It is advised to send your wedding invites out at least 6-8 weeks before the date of the wedding and ensure that you send the response cards along with the invite.

But knowing when to send your wedding invites out is actually only half the battle. Because first, you have to decide on your wedding invite design. There is plenty to choose from, but make sure that you have enough time to pick the design as well as post the invites out.
