Planning your wedding invites
When you are planning a wedding, one of the first things that you will need to establish is how many people will be attending your big day.
You need to know the number of guests that will be in attendance so that you can plan your venue, organise your wedding table plan and liaise with the caterers.
But trying to establish who will be at which part of the day can be very difficult; that is unless you organise your wedding invites into wedding evening invitations and those invitations for the entire event.
When you are making a list of guests for your wedding, you should split them into different categories. First make a list of all of your close friends and family who you want to share the entire day with. You can send out wedding invites to these people first, including your wedding RSVP cards. Then make a list of those guests who you want to attend the evening celebrations.
You might find that you don’t have room for everyone that you would want to invite. But if you make a list of reserves, then you could perhaps invite them if other people can’t make it to your big day.
By planning your wedding invites like this, you can make the rest of the organisation much easier for yourself.
