Making decisions for your wedding

Filed under: Wedding Help & Advice — Diane @ 9:00 am

When your partner was down on one knee, you thought to yourself: ‘this is the most important decision I will ever make.’

And it’s true, that your decision to say yes, was one of the most important and life changing decisions you are ever likely to make.

But you may not be thinking that right now. You are now thinking that the colour of icing on your wedding cake is the most important decision you will ever make. Or perhaps, you’re thinking that the number of candles on the table is the most important decision.

Planning a wedding is heavily involved and there is so much to it and so many decisions to be made that sometimes, it can be overwhelming. The best thing to do, is to take a step back and get everything into perspective. Your wedding is all about committing to the one you love. But of course, having the best reception party in history certainly makes it that little bit more special.

The wedding reception involves a lot of planning too; from the mammoth task of completing your wedding table plan, to deciding on which table names would best fit your theme, there is plenty to keep you occupied until the big day.

But when that day comes, all those decisions will have been made and you can finally enjoy the ceremony.
