Bridal Trends – Part 5

The fifth and final part brings us onto another hair trend of this year – the side bun.  This has to be the ultimate red carpet, look-at-me trend of the year – and it’s incredibly versatile too as it can be achieved with even short hair.  It is a style which works well with every size, shape and style of hair and will look beautiful in photographs.  Extending the trend to your stationery means a softer look with delicate flowers and gentle shades.  Your wedding invitations should be stand-out but with a hint of elegance to their design.  It’s like you’re saying “Look at me, I’m gorgeous and very feminine”.  Wedding invitations which have a colour scheme to match any hair accessories that you plan to wear with your side bun are also a good idea as it ties in the theme and look that you want to achieve.

With all the fabulous trends of 2011 almost coming to an end, we can’t wait to see what will be big in 2012!
